I am looking for a smill city in spain that is said to be medievel and
is candlelit.  They hold a flamenco festival there every year I
believe in sept.  I also think the city starts with an M.  Please
help!!!

I thikk the small Spanish city you're looking for is Mairena del
Alcor, near Seville, where is held a Flamenco Festival, the "Festival
de Cante Jondo Antonio Mairena" every september. You can see an old
castle at Mairena, the "Luna Castle". More information about the city
