Domestic Manager is the term that I coined for this job.  I would like
to know how much money we should be paying for this job.  Compensation
includes lodging in a detached, one bedroom bungalow, electric and
internet connection is included.  Duties include just being on site
for most of the time for reasons of security.... not taking an extra
job or going to school at predicatable times.  Cleaning of large,
three bedroom, two bath home.  50% of the time this is just
maintanence cleaning when no one is in residence.  When in residence,
the cleaning is daily on all floors and surfaces, weekly laundry of
household sheets and towels.  No bed making, no cooking.  Making minor
repairs within the DM's abilities, arranging minor and major repair
work, including soliciting competitive bids from plumbers,
electricans, etc.  Keeping household accounts, paying for repairs,
water and other utility bills.  Weekly reporting to the owners via e
mail.  Some gardening.  Sweeping walkways daily.  Includes 3 weeks
paid vacation per year, medical (IMSS) insureance and Christmas bonus.
 Sundays off but still most time spent on the property.  I can provide
