So, where might it BE registered? Are there any first names
associated with Thomas or Wadham? How did you find out about this
trust? Why wouldn't it be registered in England?

I was a tenant in the property owned by this trust that is referred to
as the Thomas & wadham Trust or The Wadham Trust.
The fact is that the trustees of this trust purchased this property ont he 22/9/05
I need to ascertian who the beneficiaries are. The trust is not
recorded at companies house which means it is not registered in
England or possibly the UK
thankyou

Do a GOOGLE search using the phrase "Wadham Trust Fund" (in quotation
marks) and you will find a link to a website about UK charities that
will give you more information. It is registered in England and in
Wales, and is located in Cumbria (any local charity or attorney should
be able to tell you where to find the registration since it was
registered in January 7, 1964).
