goose bumps or goose flesh is medically known "cutis anserina" . I want to take outdoor photographs of a model with goose bumps for at least 15 minutes (in a warm country)Besides using cold water, ice , a strong airconditioner or going to a very cold country, how can I create goose bumps artificially. A cream/lotion would be ideal. I would like to know what I could use. Thankyou & good luck |

A feather or similar instrument tickled down the spine normally works well. Try the old school boy trick of running the first knickle of your forefinger down their spind followed quickly by briefly putting your thumb and forefinger either side of the neck muscles. This normally cause goosebumps. Goosebumps are a result of the erector muscles in the hair follicles and they respond as a result of frieght or temperature. |

The most obvious thing would be to remove your clothes and stand in front of the refrigerator (or vertical freezer, if you have one). =) |

Skin creams that contain Menthol or Tea Tree Oil often give a cool feeling to the skin, which can cause goose bumps. |
