As sometimes happens with market research, its easy to find out
whats available via Google and the Internet, but not always easy to
find numbers for specific product categories.
There are at least two studies done by independent research
organizations that treat pressure-relief valves AND
pressure-regulation valves; the less-expensive report breaks them into
two separate categories and seems to be a better fit for what youre
seeking. Both studies include segmentation by industry and have
separate statistics for municipal water utilities as well as
wastewater facilities. And both are worldwide, but include breakdowns
by country. One is $650 and the other $3,900.
In addition, the Valve Manufacturers Association, http://www.vma.org,
does an annual summary of the $2.7 billion valve industry that breaks
the market into 12 different product types and 15 industry segments.
The report is apparently only available with an associate membership,
costing $2,400.
Because I wasnt able to get the precise information youre seeking, I
post this as a comment rather than an answer. If youd be satisfied
with a more complete list of sources for market data, Id be glad to
post it as an answer. |
