I am looking for good seats (in a hotel or similar building - not
street-side) to watch Macy's Annual Thanksgiving Parade in NewYork
this year.

Specifically, the reply to this question should give me web links (or
phone numbers) from where I can book (or book for me !!) tickets to an
observatory or a good area with reserved seats from which I (and my
spouse) can watch Thanksgiving Parade in relative comfort at a
reasonable price (less than $100pp).

I want to put following conditions on the kind of web links I want:
a) it goes without saying that the tickets should be still available
at the time of answering the question
b) I will prefer if the ticket price includes breakfast or bruch,
however this is not neccessary
c) I wll prefer if tickets sold are from a "reputed" travel agency or hotel. 
d) tickets that include hotel stay (or some other activity - like city
tour etc) could be considered but only if the extra cost of staying in
the hotel (or any other full day activity) is less than $180 per day
for two people.
e) of course, the answer should make reasonable effort to verify that
the location can give a good view of the parade for which tickets are
being sold (its on the parade route, not too high or low from ground
etc)

This is a nice package and meets all my criteria except that its too
expensive at $2480 for two people. Any thing similar at a price of
$750 or less would have  been ideal.

I am willing to be slightly flexible (upto 25%) on the prices
mentioned above, if there are no other options.
