We have a family business doing drug screening for rehab and
employment agency.  Company is a small one. We only have 7 employees. 
Business is doing very well.  My son came to join us two years ago
after he graduated from UC Berkeley and worked for 2 years for a
research laboratory.  He will apply business school this year.  As a
business owner and a parent,   how do I write a effective

recommendation.  You may be able to simply take the completed sample
and alter it to fit your needs.
