What is the licencing requirements/procedures (Municipal etc..) to start a mobile
fast food service to sell to public in Edison , Newjersey, USA?

You will need to consult the authorities in the Edison Township to be
certain but you may also have to pay a fees associated with the
licensing of an ?itinerant restaurant? ($150). The reason I say this
is because these fees may actually be included in the $250 fee
required by the application and you or may not have to pay these
separately (if you have to pay these additional fees at all) depending
on the category your business falls in under local law. In other
words, the $250 application may be all-inclusive and take care of the

Thanks for your quick answer. Also is there any Limitation within the
township where these mobile food service can sell cooked foods to the
consumers? Like Apartment complexes, condomaniums etc.
