Looking for any successful models, case studies, and/or examples of
successful achievements of professional services firms (law firms or
accounting firms), which have some scale e.g. $100 million in sales
revenues, or 100 patnrsin an accounting firm or 300 partners in a law
firm. Interested in the "process" they took in looking at the
succession effort in seclecting a successor to the top person e.g. CEO
or managing partner
