What are the definitions for financial reporting, management
reporting, and operational reporting?  I require the most recognized
definitions (sources) for all.

I would like industry-recognized answers (McKinsey, FASB, IASB,
etc)...not just Websters!

Try accounting books.  I checked GAAP for you but they don't define
the three terms that you listed.
