I need a list of the people in the US who are selling or have recently
sold investment real estate worth more than $1mm. In that list I need
name, address, phone number, property sales and/or listing price, and
loan payoff if any. Where would I find this information? Is there a
national "MLS" type service for investment property? Are there
services which "roll up" regional or local lists from retional MLS's
that I could get access to? Do I need a Realtor's license to access
these? Is there a source I could get access to that does not require
a real estate license?

You could find properties on realtor.com or http://living.net/ These
resources will have everything listed in MLS.

Paul:

Thanks for your reply, but the realtor.com database appears to be
primarily single family home oriented. I'm looking for sellers of
investment properties as mentioned in the initial request.
