I want to start up my own small insurance company.  THat offers
automobile insurance.  I have seen small companies like this is strip
centers.  For example "afforadable insurance"  THese small stores have
a storifront and are really part of a giant corporation.  Is this an
easy venture to start?  WHat are the requirements I would need?

I think you want to be an insurance AGENT, not a company.  An agent
sells policies on behalf of an insurance company.  Insurnace companies
take on monetary risk.
