Dear slugmeister, To open a post box in Austria, it is necessary that you appear in person at an Austrian post office. As a private individual, you will have to show a valid ID card. If you're opening the post box for a company, you will also have to bring a cerified excerpt from the Austrian commercial register - however, since you are obviously not a representative of a company registered in Austria, only the terms applying to private individuals are interesting for you. Unfortunately, there is absolutely no option to open a post box in Austria remotely.
