Does this answer your question?

"I don't believe there is way to surgically change one's eye color as
the primary outcome of eye surgery, that I am familiar with. Changing
one's eye color involves changing the pigment epithelium that lines
the iris of our eyes. The amount of such pigment determines the color
of our eyes, with brown eyes having more melanin pigment than blue
eyes. Green is somewhere in between.
(...)
As far as a surgical procedure to change eye color, I would take a
closer look at your sources. Even if such a procedure exists, is it
really worth the potential risk just to change your eye color?"

"I know of no surgery that changes eye color. The color of your eyes
is determined by the pigment in your iris, which is a muscle
surrounding the pupil. The iris muscle opens and closes the pupil in
reaction to how much light is hitting the eyes..."

Alternatively, I also located this article dated July, 2004:

Make Your Brown Eyes Blue
In the future, you may not need contacts to do it

"You may soon be able to change the color of your eyes--permanently.
The procedure, like LASIK, involves having your eyes zapped with a
laser. But instead of smoothing out the surface of your eye so you see
better, physicians use a laser to burn away the pigment in your iris,
changing brown eyes to hazel, then to blue, and finally to violet. "We
think this could be the cosmetic surgery of the future," says Robert
K. Maloney, M.D., a professor of ophthalmology at the University of
California, Los Angeles. The one drawback: You can go only from a
darker eye color to a lighter one, and not the reverse. "And once
pigment is destroyed, it never comes back," says Maloney. Still, if
you've got brown eyes and want blue ones, this is the way to get them
without looking like a contact-wearing space alien."

Thank you for your response. I read the first three articles before.

I wanted to learn more about the new researches that have been done on
this subject and the outcomes of those researches.

There are a lot of articles out there negating the fact that it's
possible and they are mostly older ones. So, it would be great if you
could provide me with some of the recent articles/researches that
provide (suggest solutions) for this matter.

Many thanks...
