Greetings! I hesitate to post this as an answer because I could find
no information on the bonds you mentioned. I tried numerous search
variations and, though I found info on the Vicksburg and Nashville
Railroad, I didn't find the line mixed with Grenada except for the
CocRail.com listing below.
I did locate an entry of documents found at Virginia Tech which
stated:
"NASHVILLE AND MISSISSIPPI DELTA RAILROAD COMPANY. RECORDS, 1890-1902.
1 vol. Reorganized in Mississippi (1890) from the Vicksburg and
Nashville Railroad Company for the purpose of building a railroad from
Okolona to Houston, Mississippi. Acquired by the Southern Railway
Company in 1902. Records include incorporaters', stockholders', and
directors' minutes. Southern Railway Archives. Ms84-110."
I am not certain how you may access this collection but you may try
writing the university and see if you can obtain a copy even though it
is past the date you specified. They didn't list one for Vicksburg
and Nashville Railroad Company but a research query to them might turn
up something:

I located the information below at CoxRail.com which is sub-titled
"Stocks and Bonds of North American Railroads" and the site owner is
listed openly as Terry Cox. I registered and searched the database
for "grenada" and this is what appeared from the search:
"GRE-982-B-50 iu Bond, $500, 5-yr, 8%, coupon, 1872, due1877,
red/green, MS, by ABN, train l-r, allegorical figures, horizontal
format, lithographed $150-$200 Need Pic
"This represents a full listing of certificates known for the Grenada
MS County of - in aid of Vicksburg & Nashville RR.
Current to 08/14/2002 9:36:46 PM (US Mountain Time). This database is
updated about once per week, depending on the number of new additions.
"If you have certificates not yet listed, or
If you have certificates that will add more details, or
If you have a certificates issued outside of the known date range,
See HOW TO SEND COPIES"
The listing says a picture is needed, so you should be able to contact
Terry Cox as he may want an image of what you have. He may also be
able to provide more history. Good luck.
