My business requires details of bill reference to be transmitted over
the phone line. The bill reference are alphanumeral, but with our
phones ( non cell phones ) we can only key-in numerals

My questions

1. is there already available such phone sets capable of alphanumerals
which are commercially affordable for small business

2. where do I get them in Asia
