I have a Dell 4600 series PC.  Recently I ordered an Apple 20in cinema
display.  I need to upgrade my graphics card to use the Apple monitor.
 I need recomendations on the best card to buy to take advantage of
the full resolution of the apple monitor (1680 x 1050 optimum
resolution). I use my computer for photo editing.  I am not a gamer
and do not do any video editing.  I want to buy enough of a card to do
photography, but don't want to buy too much card for my needs.
