As was mentioned earlier, we cannot provide information on private individuals. 

However, you're certainly welcome to conduct a search on your own.  A
good place to start is the Maricopa County Tax Assessors site:

Take note of the proper formats for using the site, which you can see
by pressing the "?" button:

To Search By Last Name & Street:

Enter a Street Number and a Street name (name of the street without
designators such as West, N, Ave, Ln, Rd, etc).
=====


So, for N 11th Ave, just enter [ 11 ]



Give it a try, and let us know what happens.
