I am currently researching banks' credit granting processes as well as
the credit policies that govern them.I was able to find a lot of
information regarding the credit granting process, therefore, I do not
want any information about this process. What I'm looking for is a
list of credit policies common to banks in the US. I would also like
to know how these policies affect or interact with the credit granting
process.

For example, suppose a bank customer is applying for a business loan.
A step in the credit granting process would be to gather information
regarding the collateral. In this case, one of the policies that
affects the outcome of the granting process might be that the
collateral must cover x % of the loan.

I would appreciate a quick response.

Just to clarify, when I say policies common to all banks, this does
not mean that there is a need to find the policies of all banks then
find those that are common, but rather just get the obvious or
standard policies that would apply to credit granting. Any links or
references would be appreciated as I did not find much on google.

Thanks
