Hello. I have 2 Canon printers which have been working fine. I have re-installed both disks today, and restarted the computer. The laser printer is on LPT1. The jet printer is on LPT2. Now, the laser printer prints both for its documents and also tries printing the jet printer's documents. What's wrong? | |

There can a device conflict problem. first go to; Control panel - system - device mananger Then click printers and faxes You will see two icon of the printers. set one of them is default printer by clicking on one of icon by write button of mouse and "set as default" and try to print again. If it is not working remove two printers from there and go to control panel again and click "Add Hardware" your computer will search for the new hardware. when it found put your driver cd or diskette in to your computer and install again.
