I am looking to create a set of holiday light scenes in San diego for
our jewish school as a public display explaining the story of
Chanukah. Can you tell me who the designers and light hangers
are for the following festivals in San Diego?

Del Mar Fair's Holiday of Lights, Festival of Lights at Old Town's
Bazaar del Mundo, December Nights in Balboa Park, La Jolla Christmas
Parade and Holiday Festival, Coronado Holiday Lights Walk and the San
Diego Bay lighted boat parade.

Not all of the festivals listed below are necesary only those that
have professional contractors or consultants. My goal is to find
someone who can help me out design and implement our own festival.
