I am looking to find installation instructions and materials/accessories to install a Sirius Satellite radio (Starbase Model) via the AUX input (din connector) on the Factory installed Rockford Fosgate Audio system, the 2006 Mitsubishi eclipse gt upgrade package is equipped with. From my understading I will need an aftermarket auxillary adapter, such as P.I.E. From my short research, I have determined that Mistubishi is not providing support on this issue, along with Rockford Fosgate. Please provide me with some or all of the below items, bonus awarded for all: - A link to an online site for purchase of the equipment - Photos or links to the equipment/adapter in use - Testimonials on installation of this type for the 2006 eclipse gt Do not provide: - Information on Aftermarket Audio Systems - Information on using an FM based Modulation Solution |

I just got a 2006 RSX and have the same problem. FM modulation sucks and I dont need a whole new head unit. Ive looked around and the closest I've found is these guys. Precision Interface Electronics. They make what you want but maybe not in the "sirius to a 2006 eclipse" version. They have links to 3 sites that sell their stuff so check it out they might have what your looking for. |
