I am trying to find information about my Fathers medical records. He was in the Airforce from 1952-1955. I need all the information in the records. Thank you so much. I need this information so he can file for disability. |

Here is a list of places to write for medical records: http://www.archives.gov/st-louis/military-personnel/clinical-record-libraries.html And heres a little tutorial about requesting the records: http://usmilitary.about.com/cs/generalinfo/a/milrecords_4.htm My grandfather was also in the Air Force in the 50's; unfortunately we discovered that his records were mostly destroyed in the 1973 fire.
