What is the most inexpensive way to get from Milan _ Malpensa Airport to
the Port of Cremora for the River Cruises

I assume you mean Port of Cremona since there is no city called
Cremora along the Po river. I am Italian and I used to live in Milan,
so I will give you direction for what I am sure is the most
inexpensive way to get from the Airport to the Port.

From Malpensa Airport you will take the Malpensa Express to downtown
Milan

The price of the ticket is 9 Euros (11.50 if bought on board. 
You will find the ticket counter in the underground floor 1 where the
station is.

The train will take you downtown Milan (around 40 minutes) at the
Cadorna Station.
Cadorna station is both a train and a subway station. 
Here you will take the Green subway line to Central Station (the
ticket should not be more then a Euro)

At Central station you will take the train to Cremona.

I couldn't find the price but I can assure you this is the cheapest
way.

Once you are in Cremona you take a bus to the port right from the
station square. From what I see it should be Line 1

but you are better double check with somebody at the station.
Once again there was no price but I think will be 1 or 2 Euros.

I lived most of my life in Italy and I was born in the Cremona
province but didn't know about these Cruises ...
