Hi, Cheaperproperty.com offer cheap property in Spain as they do not charge commission, they just charge a one off listing fee. I was looking for a rental property on the net and I came across them. The property listed on their does seem to be quite a lot cheaper than the normal real estate agent. You could also try a local paper in Spain called the Sur and it caters for English speaking expats. You can find property listed for sale by the owner and therefore cheaper. Good luck! I hope this helps. |

As with boyo62 not too sure what you're getting at, but a few people i know have found what they wanted on the costa blanca in Spain. It's right on the Med, and there are some major home and/or investment bargains over there. Especially down Murcia/Torrevieja way! site is www.costablanca-villas.com hope that helps! |
