I'm trying to find information on how to start a business (a limited
partnership/corporation) in China. I would like to know the process as
well as what it costs to start-up.

I also need to know what the average cost for renting a 25-50 person
ballroom in downtown Shanghai/Beijing is.

used by expat in Shanghai, they discuss everything there including
