Possibility of John Mark,who fled as Jesus was taken prisoner, and
sheet which wrapped Mark's body was grabbed away,  be the son of Mary who
supplied Upper Room for Jesus and Apostles to have Last Supper, was he really
 son of Jesus and Mary Magdalene?

I guess that everybody who could provide a reliable answer to this
question is dead (or gone to His Father) for about 1950 years now.

Jesus did not take a wife on earth.  The church is the bride of Christ
(Ephesians 5:22-32).
