I want to obtain *first hand* experience from people on the recent
trials of mobile TV (television content delivered to mobile/wireless
devices). The mobile TV trials in which I am particularly interested are:
- O2 - Oxford, UK - http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/technology/4271474.stm
- Nokia - Helsinki, Finland - http://press.nokia.com/PR/200508/1008920_5.html
- TU Media - South Korea -
http://www.dtg.org.uk/news/news.php?class=countries&subclass=104&id=880
- Virgin Mobile - M25 region, UK -

- T-Mobile - Prague, Czech Republic -

I do not expect any of the Google Researchers themselves to have been
on any of these trials. However, if you are on the trial, then I would
be happy to clarify this question with specific points about the
trial, and update the price to reflect the additional effort required.
In the more likely case that no Google Researcher has first hand
experience of any of these trials, I would like suggestions for making
contact with people who are on this trial. For example, I have already
placed adverts with Gumtree.com (for the London trial), Oxford Mail
(for O2's trial) and expats.cz (for T-Mobile's Prague trial).
Your answer could include online forums frequented by mobile early adopters
in the trial locations, weblogs detailing people's experiences on the
trials, or similar. Please be aware that I do not speak Czech, Korean or Finnish.
I do not want the researcher to spend any time supplying me with
summary or background information on any of these trials. |
