We own a multi-family housing property (48 units)located in Richmond
Virginia and it has an associated HUD (Housing & Urban Development)
loan. According to our Regulatory Agreement, our property was
originally endorsed for insurance under Section 207/223 (f). Do we
need HUD's approval to raise the rents under this type loan?

Why don't you ask HUD?
