I'm a Dorothy L. Sayers buff, and I've read many books about DLS which discussed Ridley as the model upon whom Lord Peter Wimsey's appearance was based. I don't recall ever having seen an image of Ridley other than the one that Wikipedia uses. Maybe he was camera-shy! |
