I have a Blackberry 7250, and I am running it as a "web client" (that
is, I am not running the enterprise server or the desktop redirector
-- I am just having my ISP forward copies of my e-mail to my
Blackberry e-mail). At the end of the day, I connect my Blackberry to
my PC, and I want to synchronize with Outlook 2003. Using
Blackberry's Desktop Manager (version 4.1.0.8), I can synchronize my
address book, calendar, tasks, and memos. However, there is no option
to synchronize the e-mails. I would like the e-mails that I delete on
my Blackberry to be automatically deleted in Outlook as well, and I
would like the replies that I write on my Blackberry to go into the
"Sent" file in Outlook. However, I don't see how to do this. The
closest I can get is the following: in the Desktop Manager ->
Intellisync -> Synchronize now, there is an option to synchronize
messages, but it is grayed out. It appears that the feature that I
want is just not available for web client users. This seems strange,
as it does not seem like a terribly difficult feature to implement;
furthermore, in the Blackberry documentation, I cannot find any clear
discussion of this issue, nor can I find a flat statement that the
feature is unsupported.

I will pay the full amount only for a full solution to this problem
that works perfectly, and is easy to use. I may make a much smaller
donation for an imperfect solutions or for an authoritative
explanation of why it is not possible.

Also after synchronization, if I read a message on the Blackberry, I
would like it to be marked "read" in Outlook as well.
