I am looking for a list of the US Nasdaq Market Makers. 

If possible, state where the market making firms clear (some may self
clear).  Ex: Knight Trading clears with Merrill Lynch.

Yes but in that case I am willing to pay half of the value for just
the answer to the first question.  However, you could check with
nscc.com for a list of the broker dealers and who they clear with.
