As far as I know, the number is only 1, which has occured in a war. Other than war, there is no personal killing. He is sent to bring compassion to the world, and he did. No crazy terrorist, whatever they claim, can change this. |

This question has become of prominent debate among many people. The amount of people the prophet directly killed is probably more than one, but it is unknown. However, the amount of people he has directed to kill has become more of a debate. For most questions on Islam, you should go to http://www.drzakirnaik.com/pages/qanda/index.php . This website is a fansite of one of the most authoritative Muslim scholars on the planet. The truth of Islam (as what it seems like your looking for with that name) can more understood here. I am currently in the process of making a website on Islam with links which go both for and against Islam. When it is done I will post it on this question. Also, when looking into Islam and terrorism/violence, the reader should understand that while Islam says to go to war in times of persecution, the Bible (specifically the story of Moses), also has scenes of violence. For a more neutral study of Islam/Christianity, go to http://www.skepticsannotatedbible.com/ . It is not perfect because a lot of their arguments are based on false translations and evidence of both the Quran and Bible. However, it is one of the best compared to the biased websites. |
