I need to find the best calling card for calling an Indonesian cell
phone from a US cell phone that can be purchased online and used right
away. I have found cheap rates but the quality and reliability is not
very good, either the quality is low, I get disconnected or I cannot
get through at all. I would consider paying a little more for
reliability and quality, .06-.18 cents per minute
