I have quite good information on the breast implant markets of the
United States and a couple of states in Europe, but I am looking for
market data worldwide:

What is the worldwide market size for breast implants in units and US$? 
How is it broken down by regions, countries and type of fillings (e.g.
hydro-gel filled, silicone filled etc.)?
What are the expected growth rates?

Most of the financial data by markets is available if you search the
manufacturers websites for investor data.  The reason you aren't
finding much on those coutries is that they aren't major markets.  In
the south pacific (outside of sales in Australia and New Zealand the
next biggest consumer is Thailand and 95% of that is by boutique
hospitals (catering to Americans and Europeans who travel abroad to
have the procedures done at greatly reduced costs in luxurious
hospitals).  If you are looking for sociologic data on body image and
views and the use of augmentations you are likely to be confounded by
the growing volume of these procedures in the boutique setting
especially in Inda, Singapore (Thailand), and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia)
where there are rapidly increasing concentrations of these hospitals
for everything from cardiac bypass to stomach stapling and breast
augmentation.
