Sorry about the incomplete answer. 

This web site appears to be what you are after but I cannot listen to
the music to identify whether it is Greek Classical. However the page
has over 40 CDs where Xarhakos is the composer and or the conductor.

The introduction states “Greece is...the music of Stavros Xarhakos.
One of the greatest Greek composers, Xarhakos has composed and
orchestrated for films such as Koritsia ston Ilio, Kokkina Fanaria,
Amar Amin, and H Ellada tis Melinas which includes music and songs
from the American show "Melina's Greece". Xarhakos' best sellers
include: Golden Hits 1962-1974, Akousate Akousate, and Horis Logia.”
