I want to create an ad in MS Word composed with images as well as text,
that will show up in the recipients message window as they open the
email. My friend does them on her PC. The PC recipients do NOT have to
go into the attachment folder to open the document and view the ad, as
they do if I merely do the ad as a PDF or Jpeg. I have already created
the ad in images and some text as a Photoshop JPEG document.
My friend's instructions to me don't work for me on my Mac. The icons
and menus are different. I am on an Mac OX S 10.4.3. Powerbook G4

If you create the word file, I dont think this is going to work as an
attachment to be opened inline as an image.

Probably what you hould try instead is open your email (outlook
express ) program, and look for the menus or help on inserting
images.

If you are having problems making layout in word, I know a few people
that use PowerPoint as their desktop publishing program. You might be
able to send a picture of the slide as an alternative.
