I know that using a manual razor (e.g.
http://www.eurostar-malta.de/photos/mach3.JPG) is better than electric
razors (e.g. http://www.mensjournal.com/toolsToys/0504/images/sha_remington.jpg),
however I am not too sure what the exact problems are. What I need to
know is the following:

How electric razors work (more specifically, how they remove hair
rather than their internal workings).
Do electric razors damage hair strands.
Some pictures of strands cut using an electric razor.
Some pictures of strands cut using a normal razor.

Been looking around but can't find anything! Any help would be great!
