Using java, how does one generate a Waveform image (jpeg) from an mp3
or .wav file? I've looked at the JMF and the Java Sound API, but
there seem to be no code around to do this?

I now know how to access the bytes of a Wave file and draw a line
graph of the file. The question now is how do i draw an acurate,
visual representation of it? Something similar to the following
screenshot?
