What would be the customs duty of dehydrated vegetables such as
dehydrated spring onion, dehydrated carrots and dehydrated cabbage
when imported into Thailand, of which the origin of these products are
from the Philippines and the customs from the Philippines issues a
Form D , which is a certificate of origin used among Asean members to
enable the importer to pay reduce tariff rates or even zero rated
tariff . In Thailand, dehydrated vegetables is called " air dried vegetables " .
