sony used to make a small notebook computer (TR series) with a
built-in digital camera. Does anyone offer one now?

i would only consider true brand name computers.

ASUS Z83, sold by most everyone. Actually they've had or have a few
models presently that have a camera, looking at this months matrix of
models.  Note that it will likely be sold with just about local
reseller or national distributors name on it, but you will find 3
years warrantys with 24/7 support availible (heck I've seen the best
dead pixel policies for displays from the littler distributors)
