Hi- I am looking for a federally sponsored program for teenagers (a 15
year-old) that involves visiting or training with federal law
enforcement trainees (preferably at quantico, va or washington D.C.)
or in the surrounding area of Charlottesville, VA. Perhaps a CIA/FBI
internship or camp of some kind?

Federal internship programs from all US government agencies -- law
enforcement and otherwise -- are listed here:

You can see programs from the CIA, FBI, Customs, Defense, and others. 
Most, I believe, are aimed at college-level students and beyond.  And
most, no doubt, are office-type jobs.

Nonetheless, the list is worth searching through to see where there
may be a good fit for your teenager.
