Can I legally charge employees different amounts for thier health
insurance in Connecticut? I want to completely cover health insurance
costs for the first 6 employees of my company and start charging all
employees after that .

First you will want to contact your provider and ask them (this will
be free research) then if they say that it is fine, you should contact
a local lawyer.  It might cost you a bit more than $12.00 but at least
you will be legally sound in your decision.
