I am interested in purchasing a Japanese regulator clock. The clock
has "Made Tokyo on the face with a diamond Y trademark. Can you
identify the manufacturer and the age of the clock?

I'm not positive, but depending on the "diamond Y" design, it may be a
Mitsubishi product. Mitsubishi ("three diamond") uses something like
that as a trademark.
