I need to obtain EEO-1 reports filed with the Equal Employment
Opportunity Commision by TACOM, Warren, MIchigan, for its civilian
employees Levels GS-5 through GS-15 from 1983 through and including 2002.

Talk to a local attorney who specializes in employment discrimination
and they can advise you how to get these.  You could also ask the
local EEO office about this, but it may not be a good idea to do that
if you think that someone in that office might compromise your case or
violate your privacy by tipping off the employers that you are looking
for that information.
