Looking for statistics for for each of the US equity (including ECNs
such as INET and Arca & ATSs such as Liquidnet and Pipeline), options
and futures exchanges.  Need to know the total number of TRANSACTIONS
not CONTRACTS traded per day, or month, or quarter.

Note: This should be for equity and equity index options and futures
