If you take the average human liver's food to energy to fat conversion
ability, What creates more human "fat". 1g of carbohydrate or 1g of
animal fat? How much do these two convert to individually?

(ignoring the bodies use of carbs or fat for different functions,
taking just the energy conversion ability/rate of the liver itself.)
