Where can I find the manufacturer who creates this exact same product?

Based on the SKU it is also at WARDS / Sears and 
Storefeature.com (who links you to Yourkidsdirect.com which is part of
homevisions when you look at the About Us section!)

How can these designs be 'exclusive'...it's even the same picture on the web!
