My husband, born in Kenitra, Morocco is a Frenchman who came to the
United States around 1962. He became an American citizen years
later..around 1979-1980. Since he never disavowed his French
citizenship, can he still claim dual-citizenship for the U.S.A. and
France? One of my daughters, 22, is interested in going to live in
France in order to become fluent in French. A friend told her that she
should apply for EU citizenship since her father is French. Would she
be able to do this?
