I need a list of unconventional, interesting facts related to modern
international migration of human beings. I think I heard once that
Ecuador's biggest import is foreign money from emigrants sending money
back to their families. I am not particularly concerned about this
fact, but anything that is remarkable, outrageous, or
startling is helpful-- and reliable sources are, of course, important to note.
I know this is vague, but I just need some interesting facts related
to migration, immigration, emigration, migrant workers, historical
patterns-- anything.
